Our Twin over Double/Full Log Bunk Beds come complete with headboard, footboard, log safety rails, metal side rails, and the log ladder. Log side rails are available as an option which will cover the metal side rails and will give the bunk bed the look of being totally made from logs while still giving the safety and support of the metal frame. Bunkie boards and mattress are not included. A bunkie board or other means of mattress support is required for this bunk bed. The White Pine logs are a creamy white color. The White Pine logs have a diameter of 3? making a log bed with a contemporary rustic look. Pine is very strong and durable and will match any of our bedroom furniture lines of dressers, armoires, nightstands, etc. The logs in our beds are German-Peeled which adds a rustic look to the beds. Some easy assembly is required. You may choose whether or not you would like the log side rails. The log side rails will be hidden if you use a bed skirt. For the bunk beds 1 pair of log side rails will cover each side, so if you would like both sides of the bed to have log side rails you will want to order 2 pairs of log side rails You may choose whether or not you want bunkie boards. If ordering one of our bunkie mattress set or if you already have bunky boards then you will not need the bunky boards. Our bunkie boards are premium one piece boards, very solid and strong for safety. They will very easily support two average adults. The bunkie boards are fabric coated with black fabric on one side and gray fabric on the other side. The Bunkie Board Mattress Set includes a bunkie board and a mattress.
